How long does it take to setup an account after I order?
Orders are processed immediately after you complete payment. Depending on the accuracy of your information, time of day, and our workload, your order will be filled anywhere from 1 to 12 hours. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.

Can i upgrade hosting package later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime and pay the difference between 2 hosting plans. It takes minutes to complete upgrade. Upgrade does not affect operation of existing websites.

Do I get root access to the server?
You do not get root access to the server when using shared hosting service. 

Can I create sub-domains?
Our business service plans allow you to create sub-domains

What is your standard PHP configuration?
All of our Window hosting plans support PHP4 & PHP5 with Zend Optimizer. Our servers are installed either MySQL 4.1.x or MySQL 5.

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts?
We can provide transfer assistance (website files only) for up to 30 accounts free.  Please send an email to support@getonlineeasy.com with the domain name, contol panel username and password for each account you want to transfer.

Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in world class data center The Planet and SoftLayer (USA).

Do you allow adult websites on your servers?
No.

Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.

Do you provide setup and end user support directly to my account?
