How do I create categories for contacts?
Click on Collaborate > New Contact > Master Categories (separate categories by comma)
Create new contact and enter contact information
Click on the "Categories Tab" and select the group(s) for that contact
How do I change my spam protection in SmarterMail?
Click on Setting > Filtering > Spam Filtering
Click on Override spam settings for this account
Click on the Actions tab and select Move to Junk E-Mail Folder for all probability of being spam (low, medium, and high)
